Highlights from Val Emmich’s rehearsal: - the band played 5-6 new songs - Val grabbed his balls - “rats” cover song - “yelling” out questions - we got to choose the last song for them to play
There were a few computer glitches and the the vocals were distorted. It was difficult to make out the words, but Val’s emotional voice was still distinct. The music quality was good, though. The new songs all sound wonderful. Attention grabbers. It was interesting to watch the band play around with the songs. Val answered our questions inbetween songs, which was cool. There was only a few of us at rehearsal. And the people who will be watching the recording of it missed out on the chatting behind the scenes. Because they answered our questions in the box as opposed to into the camera. Oh well. It was fun and all worth it. Wish you were there. Can’t wait for the new album. 7/24. They head out to Omaha.
